Whoopi Goldberg continued expressing her distaste for Oprah Winfrey with that statement on The View today.

The Color Purple divas are dueling again. While the two appeared together in the 1985 star-making film, Whoopi Goldberg said on yesterday’s View that she doesn’t really know Oprah Winfrey, and she takes issue with Oprah’s handling of a recent book club imbroglio.

It’s not the first time a rift between the duo has come to light. Oprah famously didn’t include Whoopi in her extravagant Legends Weekend celebration of famous African-American last year. Much lesser stars, including singer Brandy, were on Oprah’s list.

Fans want to know what spawned the hate, and why the stars can’t just kiss and make up? After all, Oprah had fueded for years with David Letterman, but she ultimately made good with him after the birth of his son.
